Meet the Team

Danielle Ziolo – Owner, President

Danielle founded Ziolo LLC in 2015. She acts as CEO and Lead Consultant for the company. With a Masters in Healthcare Administration, a Masters in Public Health, a Bachelors Degree in Clinical Lab Science, and numerous other certifications and licenses, she has experience working across multiple levels of corporations. From human resources to bench work to COO and Directorships, her experience is invaluable in mentoring and training her team and the teams she builds for small business and corporations alike.

Glen Ziolo – Director of Marketing

Glen is our Director of Marketing. Before joining the company, Glen earned a Masters Degree in Biology from the University of West Florida. He brings strong experience in Facilities Management and Laboratory knowledge. He also maintains the company website, social media, and runs campaigns to promote the business.

Jennifer Kelley – Director of Laboratory Services

Jennifer works as our Lead Consultant. Before joining the company, Jennifer earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of Cincinnati. She is a licensed Medical Technologist Supervisor and brings with her 12 years of laboratory experience, 9 of which are hospital based. With a strong background in the clinical laboratory, compliance, and management, Jennifer’s experience is invaluable to the team.

Jennifer Stephenson – Business Operations Manager

Jennifer has a degree in psychology from Auburn University, and has served in administrative management roles across diverse industries, including aviation, logistics and medical. She joined ZC Lab Services as the Business Operations Manager, and is responsible for sourcing lab equipment and consumables, overseeing project timelines, client retention, and managing ZC Lab Services’ proficiency testing program. She brings considerable expertise in project management, writing, research and customer service. 

Ben Sollins – Compliance Auditor

Ben graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a B.A. in Biology and a M.S. in Environmental Science. A majority of his graduate studies took place in a lab where he learned about operations and instrumentation. He taught Biology Lab at Indian River State College as well as tutoring science courses and leading exam review sessions. Ben went on to earn his MT and Supervisors license in Chemistry and since then has held positions as a Medical Technologist primarily focusing on Toxicology, Hormone Therapy, and Chemistry.

Dorothy Chambers – Bookeeper

Dorothy got her Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Caldwell University in New Jersey. Her experience spans 20 years in various accounting roles, including 12 years of experience as a full-charge bookkeeper.
